Terms for an aggregator in a Seventh Schedule category, built around the Code, the 2026 Central Rules and the State gig worker Acts. The shorter commercial contract is the Platform partner terms of engagement (FV07-H10). Complete the Status determination working paper, employee or independent contractor (FV10-L5) first: if the platform rosters people or forbids refusal of work, no wording makes them independent. Publish in English and each State's language.
