Formats, fill-online documents and handbooks
These are digital files, delivered once payment succeeds, so they are not refundable once any file has been downloaded, except:
- Duplicate payment for the same item: refunded in full.
- A file that will not open or is materially different from its description: we replace it, or refund you if we cannot.
- Payment taken but no files received: write to us with your order reference and we restore access or refund.
ROC filings and plans
- Cancel a filing before the panel firm has started work: full refund.
- Cancel after work has started but before filing: refund less the work done, which we tell you before you decide.
- Government fees already paid to the MCA cannot be refunded by us.
- Cancel a Year plan within 7 days of payment, before any filing under it: full refund. After that, a plan can be cancelled so that it does not renew.
How to ask
Write to support@ezcomply.in within 7 days of purchase with your order reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
