How it works
Download a format
Pick a format, pack, kit or library. You get each one as an editable Word file and a print-ready PDF. Blanks are in square brackets and highlighted; where the brackets offer choices separated by a slash, keep the one that applies.
Fill online
Open Fill online on any format or pack. The form asks for each blank, and details that repeat, such as a name or an address, are asked once. The document fills in as you type, and you can download a sample PDF to check it. Anything you leave empty stays highlighted for you to complete by hand.
Handbooks
Each handbook comes as a PDF and an offline reader that opens in any browser.
ROC filing
Book a filing or a plan. A CA or CS firm from our panel contacts you, tells you what it needs, prepares the MCA form and files it once you approve and sign with your DSC. You receive the SRN and the challan.
Filed by an independent CA or CS firm from the EzComply panel. The fee covers preparing and filing the MCA form. It does not include preparing the underlying documents (resolutions, minutes, financial statements, agreements), government filing fees, or other costs such as obtaining Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs).
Paying
Online payment opens soon. Until then, send an order request from your cart: we confirm it by email with a secure payment link, and deliver as soon as the payment is through.
