Terms for an aggregator in a Seventh Schedule category, built around the Code, the 2026 Central Rules and the State gig worker Acts. TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT FOR PLATFORM WORKERS

These terms are a contract between [Name of the aggregator], a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, CIN [CIN], having its registered office at [Registered office address] (“we”, “us” or the “Aggregator”), and the individual who registers on the App and accepts them (“you” or the “Platform Worker”). You accept by tapping “I agree” after the App has shown you the key facts statement in Schedule 1 in the language you choose; that acceptance is a contract under section 10A of the Information Technology Act 2000. These terms, earlier versions and your acceptance record remain available to you in the App.
