These terms apply to everything bought on ezcomply.in, a site of FinoVeda Private Limited (“EzComply”, “we”).
Formats and fill-online documents
On payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the formats you bought in your own affairs, business or professional practice, including to prepare documents for your clients. You may copy and adapt them for that purpose. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or distribute the formats, or any collection of them, as templates or forms, whether free or for payment.
Documents made with Fill online are assembled from what you type. We do not review that information or the finished document.
Handbooks
Each handbook is licensed for the buyer’s personal or internal use. You may not share the files outside your household or organisation.
Not advice
A drafted format for your use. It is not legal advice; for a complex matter, consult a professional. Formats and handbooks state the law as at the date shown on them. You are responsible for checking that a format suits your facts and the law when you use it, and for paying the right stamp duty and executing documents properly.
ROC filing
Filed by an independent CA or CS firm from the EzComply panel. The fee covers preparing and filing the MCA form. It does not include preparing the underlying documents (resolutions, minutes, financial statements, agreements), government filing fees, or other costs such as obtaining Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs). The panel firm is responsible for the professional work. We arrange the engagement and collect the fee. Filings depend on you supplying correct information and documents and signing with your DSC on time; we are not responsible for delays or additional fees that result from missing information or late approval.
Year plans
A Year plan runs for one year from the date of payment and renews at the renewal price shown when you bought it. We remind you before each renewal, and you can cancel at any time before it renews. Filings due after a cancelled plan ends are not covered.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
