Easy compliance, from the people who do it every day

EzComply sells the paperwork of Indian life and business, already drafted. Anyone in India can find an agreement or a form, fill it online and download it finished in Word and PDF. The name is short for easy compliance.

The 2,054 formats come from the working files of practising chartered accountants and company secretaries: the resolutions, agreements, notices, certificates and replies they draft for clients every week. Each one cites the section, rule or form it rests on and states the law on the date shown.

What we do, and what we do not

We sell formats, handbooks and ROC filings. A format is a drafting aid, not legal advice. ROC filings are prepared and filed by independent CA and CS firms on our panel, never by EzComply itself, and the fee covers the MCA form only.
