EzComply is a brand of FinoVeda Private Limited (CIN U70200DL2026PTC471184), registered office 105, Laxman Palace, 19 Veer Savarkar Block, Shakarpur, Delhi 110 092 (IN). We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected through ezcomply.in, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect and why
- Name, email, mobile, state, and optionally your GSTIN and business name, when you send an order request: to confirm your order, send a payment link, issue the invoice and deliver your files.
- Company or LLP details for an ROC filing or plan: to pass to the CA or CS firm on our panel that prepares and files the form for you.
- What you type into Fill online: kept in your own browser while you work. It reaches us only if you add the document to your cart and send an order request, and then only to produce your document.
- What you write to us through the contact form: to reply.
Who else handles it
Our website host stores form submissions for us. When online payment is switched on, Razorpay processes payments and we receive only a payment reference. For ROC work, the panel CA or CS firm assigned to you receives the details it needs. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. Your cart, theme and fill-online drafts are kept in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and see which pages help people; IP addresses are anonymised. You can change your choice at any time.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Fill-online details sent with an order are deleted 30 days after your files are delivered. Contact messages are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you, by writing to support@ezcomply.in. We reply within 30 days.
