1. Purpose and scope. This policy sets out the benefits available under Chapter VI of the Code on Social Security 2020 and the procedure for claiming them. It applies to every woman employed by the establishment, in every category of employment and at every location. Nothing in this policy reduces any entitlement under the Code; where this policy and the Code differ, the Code prevails.
