DISCLOSURE UNDER THE SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN AT WORKPLACE (PREVENTION, PROHIBITION AND REDRESSAL) ACT 2013
The Company has in place a Policy on the Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace, adopted by the Board on [Date the Board adopted the policy] and circulated to all employees. An Internal Committee has been constituted under section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 at each workplace of the Company employing ten or more persons, and its composition is in accordance with the Act. The order constituting the Committee and the penal consequences of sexual harassment are displayed at the Company's workplaces. Awareness and sensitisation programmes for employees and capacity-building training for the members of the Internal Committee were conducted during the year.
