Claim letter, annual incentive claim under the Puducherry Industrial Policy 2016

Puducherry pays the most generous MSME capital subsidy of any Union Territory, 40% of investment up to Rs 40 lakh, and 45% up to Rs 75 lakh for a woman, SC or ST promoter, on the strength of an Industrial Policy 2016 that has never been formally replaced. Two things decide the claim: which of the four regions the unit is in, because Mahe and Yanam get seven years where Puducherry and Karaikal get five, and whether the unit can hold 60% local employment for the whole incentive period.
