Chartered Accountant's certificate, turnover for the turnover incentive, J&K Industrial Policy 2021-30

The big money in J&K was the central scheme, and it is gone, registration closed on 30.09.2024 and the Department records the Rs 28,400 crore outlay as exhausted. What is left for a client arriving in 2026 is the UT's own package under the Industrial Policy 2021-30, which is a different and much smaller animal: no capital investment subsidy of its own, a turnover incentive capped at Rs 50 lakh a year, and an SGST reimbursement whose eligibility clause needs reading before you promise it.
