Chartered Accountant's certificate, net GST paid in cash, for a GST or SGST reimbursement claim

There is no notified industrial incentive policy of the kind Part K describes. What the islands actually offer is a lender, ANIIDCO, at 9.95% to 11.95% with a 2% concession for tourism, fisheries, horticulture and food processing, an innovation policy with small but real reimbursements, and a new industrial estate allotment policy notified on 07.03.2025. The central freight and transport subsidy schemes that once made island manufacturing viable have lapsed, and nothing has replaced them.
