NSWS application checklist, project approvals pack

The National Single Window System is a front end. It does not decide anything, it does not shorten a statutory timeline, and for a good many departments it is a redirect rather than an integration. The trap is telling a client the clock started when the application was submitted on NSWS, the departmental clock starts when the department accepts it, and a deficiency letter resets it.
