Board resolution and employer declaration, PM-VBRY Part B registration and claim

PM-VBRY pays an employer up to Rs 3,000 a month for each additional employee for two years, and four years in manufacturing, but only against a baseline the EPFO computes from the client's own returns, and only for employees whose UAN was generated by face authentication. The trap is that the hiring happens first and the mechanics are looked at afterwards, by which time the baseline is fixed and the UANs are wrong.
