Incubation agreement, term-sheet review checklist

For most early-stage central grants the incubator is not a service provider, it is the applicant, the appraiser and the paying agent. The trap is signing the incubation agreement before anyone has read what it takes in equity, fees and IP, because by then the client has no leverage and the grant has not been sanctioned.
