This Notice is being issued at shorter notice in terms of the proviso to Section 173(3) of the Companies Act, 2013, the business proposed to be transacted being urgent in nature, namely [state the urgency in one sentence — e.g. "the sanction letter issued by the Bank requires the Company's acceptance on or before DD.MM.YYYY"].
All the Directors are requested to accord their consent to the holding of the Meeting at shorter notice. The consent form enclosed may kindly be signed and returned.
