RESIGNATION OF [Resigning director's full name] FROM THE OFFICE OF DIRECTOR
The Chairman placed before the Board the letter of resignation dated [Date of the resignation letter] received from [Resigning director's full name] (DIN [Resigning director's DIN]) on [Date the Company received the resignation], resigning from the office of Director of the Company with effect from [Date the resignation is stated to take effect]. The Board noted that under Section 168(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 the resignation takes effect from the date on which the notice was received by the Company or the date specified by the Director in the notice, whichever is later, and that the effective date of the resignation is accordingly [Date the director ceases to hold office].
