Request to the lender to cover a green term loan under MSE-GIFT
RAMP is a World Bank programme-for-results, not a scheme a client applies to: what reaches an enterprise comes through a State's RAMP plan or through a handful of Central sub-schemes (MSE-GIFT, MSE-SPICE, TEAM, ODR, CBFTE). The mistake is to tell a client “apply for RAMP”, and, in September 2026, to ignore that the World Bank loan closes on 30.09.2026.
