Board resolution of the SPV, approving a Common Facility Centre proposal under MSE-CDP

Neither scheme pays an individual enterprise. MSE-CDP funds a common facility centre (CFC) owned by a special purpose vehicle of at least 10 MSEs, or an industrial estate built by a State agency. SFURTI funds a traditional-artisan cluster through an implementing agency. A client who asks for “cluster subsidy for my factory” is asking for something neither scheme provides. The real work is forming a compliant SPV and getting the State to back the proposal.
