Project summary, TDB / NIDHI-SSP proposal
Almost no NIDHI money is applied for at DST. A startup applies to an incubator that holds a NIDHI sanction; the incubator applies to DST. TDB is the opposite: a company applies directly, but for a repayable soft loan secured on the funded assets and a promoter guarantee , which founders routinely mistake for a grant.
