Milestone progress report and utilisation certificate, SISFS grant instalment
SISFS money is paid through an incubator, not by DPIIT. The incubator's milestone agreement, not the scheme guidelines, decides when the startup is paid and what it must report. The call for new startup applications appears to have closed on 31.05.2026. The live work on this scheme is now mostly utilisation certificates, milestone reports and conversion of the debt tranche, not new applications.
