The National SC-ST Hub is the richest reimbursement menu in the MSME Ministry, and it is claimed on the ownership test, not on the promoter's caste certificate alone: 51% SC/ST shareholding in a company or firm, held throughout. The Budget 2025-26 scheme for five lakh first-time women, SC and ST entrepreneurs is still not a scheme a client can apply to; do not put it in a funding plan.
