After Sanction, Agreements, Disbursement and Reporting

The sanction letter is read for the amount and then filed. Six months later the sanction has lapsed because a condition precedent was never satisfied, or the first tranche is stuck because nobody opened a separate bank account. Read the letter clause by clause on the day it arrives, and turn it into a tracker before you congratulate the client.
