RECOMMENDATION OF FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED [31.03.20__]
The Chairman informed the Board that the audited financial statements for the year ended [31.03.20__] disclose a profit after tax of [Profit after tax for the year (Rs)] arrived at after providing for depreciation in accordance with Section 123(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, and that the surplus in the statement of profit and loss available for appropriation, after setting off the carried-over losses and the depreciation not provided in previous years, is [Surplus available for appropriation (Rs)]. He confirmed that the Company has not defaulted in the repayment of any deposit or in the payment of interest thereon.
