These Partner Terms of Engagement are a contract between [Name of the aggregator], a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, having its registered office at [full address], bearing Corporate Identity Number [CIN] (the “Company”), and the individual who accepts them through the [Name of the application] application (the “Partner”). By tapping “I agree” on the registration screen, the Partner accepts these terms, which take effect as a contract under section 10A of the Information Technology Act 2000.
