MARKETPLACE SELLER AGREEMENT
THIS MARKETPLACE SELLER AGREEMENT is made at [Place of signing the agreement] on this [Day of the month the agreement is made] day of [Month the agreement is made], [Year the agreement is made] [or, where accepted online: is entered into on the date on which the Seller accepts it electronically on the Platform].
Between
1. [Name of the platform operator], a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 bearing CIN [CIN], having its registered office at [Operator's registered office address], PAN [Operator's PAN] and GSTIN [GSTIN], which owns and operates the website and mobile application at [URL] (the “Platform”), hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, of the ONE PART;
And
2. [Name of the seller], a [constitution], having its principal place of business at [full address], PAN [Seller's PAN], GSTIN [GSTIN or enrolment number], acting through [name and designation], hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, of the OTHER PART.
Whereas
