MANAGEMENT TRAINEE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made at [Place of signing the agreement] on this [Day of the month of the agreement] day of [Month of the agreement], [Year of the agreement], between [Name of the Company], a company incorporated under the Companies Act [2013 / 1956] bearing Corporate Identity Number [CIN] and having its registered office at [Company's registered office address] (the “Company”), and [Mr / Ms Full name], son / daughter of [Trainee's father's or mother's name], aged [age] years, residing at [Trainee's residential address], holding Permanent Account Number [PAN] (the “Trainee”).

A. The Company runs a management trainee programme comprising classroom instruction, external certification and rotational assignments, the cost of which is borne by the Company and is itemised in Schedule 2.
