The contract of apprenticeship must be executed in the form prescribed under the Apprenticeship Rules 1992 and submitted for registration to the Apprenticeship Adviser within the prescribed period, which is now done through the apprenticeship portal. Where the prescribed form differs, the prescribed form prevails and this text is used to settle the particulars.
