DECLARATION OF GIFT OF MONEY
Executed on stamp paper of the value prescribed by the State schedule for a gift or, where the State treats a declaration recording a completed gift as an affidavit, for an affidavit. Where the position is doubtful and the sum is material, adjudicate under section 31 of the Indian Stamp Act 1899.
