NOMINATION REVIEW SCHEDULE
Client: [Client's name] · PAN: [PAN] · Will dated: [Date of the client's Will] · Review date: [Date of the review] · Reviewed by: [Name of the reviewer]
Purpose: to record, for every asset held by the client, who the registered nominee is, what the will gives and to whom, whether the two agree, and what action has been taken. A nomination decides who the institution pays. The will decides who owns what is paid. Where they differ, the will governs title, except for a life insurance policy in which the nominee is a parent, spouse or child and is beneficially entitled under sub-sections (7) and (8) of section 39 of the Insurance Act 1938.
