GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, [Name of the donor], son / daughter / wife of [Donor's father's, mother's or husband's name], aged about [Donor's age (years)] years, PAN [Donor's PAN], residing at [Donor's address], carrying on business as a sole proprietor under the name and style of M/s [name of the business] having its principal place of business at [Business's principal place of business], GSTIN [GSTIN] (hereinafter referred to as “the Donor” and “the Business” respectively), do hereby send greetings.

Whereas

A. The Donor carries on the Business and is desirous of appointing an attorney to manage and conduct the affairs of the Business during the Donor’s absence from India and generally.

B. The Donor reposes full trust and confidence in [name of the attorney] and has agreed to appoint him as attorney on the terms set out below.
