Preamble
WE, the members of the [surname] family described in Schedule 1, being the descendants of the late [name of founder] and [Founder's spouse's name] and their spouses, having together built and inherited the businesses listed in Schedule 2, and wishing to preserve both the family and the businesses for the generations that follow us, adopt this Constitution as the statement of the principles by which we will own, govern, work in and benefit from those businesses, and of the manner in which we will conduct ourselves towards one another.
