CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL

18.1 What happens on termination. On the expiry or termination of this Agreement for any reason:

(a) the Supplier shall immediately cease to provide the Services save to the extent required by clause 18.3, and shall stop incurring cost chargeable to the Customer;
