Three documents in one format: a short practice note on getting the company's own filed documents back from the MCA (Part A), a letter to the Registrar of Companies for certified copies and physical inspection (Part B, with a letter of authority), and a letter to the registrar and transfer agent for the beneficial position and the transfer records (Part C). Each letter goes on the Company's letterhead.
Part A. Getting the company's filed documents back
Almost every register can be rebuilt, at least in part, from what the Company has filed with the Registrar over the years: the subscribers and the first directors from the incorporation filing; each allotment and its allottees from PAS-3; each alteration of capital from SH-7; directors from DIR-12; charges from CHG-1, CHG-4 and CHG-9; and, for each year, the list of shareholders and the transfers from MGT-7 and the financial statements from AOC-4. Section 399 gives any person, and so the Company itself, the right to inspect these documents and to have copies certified by the Registrar, on payment of the fees in the Table annexed to the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules 2014.
The rest of this format (44 more paragraphs and tables) opens here after payment, to fill in the same way.
