Filed by an independent CA or CS firm from the EzComply panel. The fee covers preparing and filing the MCA form. It does not include preparing the underlying documents (resolutions, minutes, financial statements, agreements), government filing fees, or other costs such as obtaining Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs).
How it works
- Book the filing and tell us about the company or LLP.
- A CA or CS firm from our panel tells you which documents and details it needs, and prepares the form.
- You approve it and sign with your DSC. The firm files it and sends you the SRN and the challan.
