BUY-BACK OF EQUITY SHARES OF THE COMPANY
The Chairman informed the Board that [Name of the shareholder(s)] [has / have] expressed a desire to realise [his / their] investment in the Company and that, having regard to the accumulated free reserves of the Company and the absence of any immediate deployment for them, it is in the interest of the Company to buy back a part of its issued and paid-up equity share capital, thereby returning surplus funds to the shareholders and improving the return on the remaining equity.
