TRANSFER OF UNPAID AND UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND AND OF THE UNDERLYING SHARES TO THE INVESTOR EDUCATION AND PROTECTION FUND
The Chairman placed before the Board a statement showing the dividend declared by the Company for the financial year [2018-19], which became due for payment on [Date the dividend became due for payment], and which has remained unpaid or unclaimed in the Unpaid Dividend Account of the Company for a period of seven years from that date, together with the particulars of the shareholders concerned and of the shares held by them.
