LOAN AGREEMENT

This agreement is made at [Place of the agreement] on [Date of the agreement] between [Lender's name], PAN [Lender's PAN], residing at [Lender's address], a person resident in India ("the Lender"), and [Borrower's name], PAN [Borrower's PAN], residing at [overseas address], [a citizen of India resident outside India / an OCI cardholder] ("the Borrower"). The Borrower is the Lender's [son / daughter / brother / ___], a relative within section 2(77) of the Companies Act, 2013.
