SCHEDULE [Schedule number of these representations and warranties] — LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
In this Schedule, "Labour Laws" means the Code on Wages 2019, the Industrial Relations Code 2020, the Code on Social Security 2020 and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code 2020, together with the rules, schemes and regulations made under them, the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013, the Apprentices Act 1961, the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016, the Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act 1986, and every applicable State enactment relating to shops and establishments, professional tax and labour welfare funds.
