1. The engagement. We write to record the terms on which [Name of the firm], Chartered Accountants, will provide Goods and Services Tax compliance services to [name of the client] (“the Company”) in respect of the registrations listed in Schedule A, for the period stated above. Please confirm your agreement by signing and returning the duplicate of this letter. We shall not commence work on any tax period until the signed duplicate is received.
