I/We, [Obligor's name], [constitution], having my/our principal place of business at [Obligor's principal place of business address] and registered under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 and the [State] Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 bearing GSTIN [Obligor's GSTIN] (hereinafter called “the obligor”), am/are held and firmly bound unto the President of India / the Governor of [State] acting through the [Assistant Commissioner / State Tax Officer], [Officer's place] (hereinafter called “the Government”), in the sum of Rs [Value of the goods (Rs)] (Rupees [Value of the goods in words] only), being the value of the goods described in the Schedule hereto, for the payment whereof I/we bind myself/ourselves, my/our heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and successors firmly by these presents.
