Proposal checklist and covering letter, iDEX DISC / iDEX Prime / ADITI application

Defence grants are small next to the orders that follow them, and every scheme here is built to lead into a procurement route under the Defence Acquisition Procedure. The trap is running a grant as the goal: a startup that wins an iDEX or ADITI grant against a problem statement no user service will sponsor, or takes TDF money without agreeing IP and production rights, ends up with a prototype no one will buy.
