CA certificate, statement of qualifying production expenditure incurred in India

Most tourism money goes to State Governments, not to hotels or tour operators. A private client reaches it only as a concessionaire, operator or investor next to a State-built asset. The one Central cash incentive a creative-sector client can claim directly is the film production incentive, and it is lost more often on sequence than on eligibility: shooting or spending before interim approval, or a production-expenditure statement the Film Facilitation Office will not accept.
