Board resolution and OEM undertaking, PM E-DRIVE registration

PM E-DRIVE now runs to 31.03.2028 with an outlay of Rs 11,900 crore (S.O. 4424(E) dated 10.08.2026), but its money is capped segment by segment, the e-3W (L5) segment shut on 26.12.2025 when its vehicle target was reached. The trap for OEM clients is to price a model on a subsidy that is not an entitlement; the trap for investors is to read SPMEPCI and the rare earth magnet scheme as grants when one is a bank-guaranteed duty concession and the other a competitive bid.
