Board resolution and declaration, application for IN-SPACe scheme support

For a space company the scarce thing is usually not grant money but an IN-SPACe authorisation, access to ISRO facilities and a customer. The trap: clients treat IN-SPACe’s funding schemes as startup grants open to all comers. They are selective, milestone-driven co-funding tied to a product that will be authorised and sold, and the sums most often quoted, the Rs 500 crore Technology Adoption Fund and the Rs 1,000 crore venture capital fund, are programme totals, not what any one company receives.
