The Package Scheme of Incentives is gone: PSI 2019 has been replaced by the Maharashtra Industries, Investment and Services Policy 2025 (MIISP 2025) , issued on 31.12.2025 and running to 30.12.2030. Two things kill Maharashtra claims, applying for the Eligibility Certificate after commercial production has begun, and modelling the Industrial Promotion Subsidy on the wrong tax base and forgetting that the real limit is the zone-wise percentage of fixed capital investment, not the rate.
