ALTERATION OF THE OBJECTS CLAUSE OF THE MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION
The Chairman informed the Board that the Company proposes to [commence the business of ____ / extend its activities to ____] and that the objects clause of the Memorandum of Association as presently framed does not cover the proposed activity. He placed before the Board the draft of the substituted Clause III of the Memorandum of Association. He further informed the Board that the Company has not at any time raised any money from the public through a prospectus, and accordingly the provisions of Section 13(8) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 32 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 are not attracted.
