Data Processing Addendum
to the [Services Agreement / Master Services Agreement] dated [Date of the agreement]
between [Client name] ("the Company") and [Vendor name] ("the Supplier")
This Addendum forms part of the Agreement and takes effect from [Date from which the addendum takes effect]. In the event of conflict between this Addendum and the Agreement in relation to Personal Data, this Addendum prevails.
