PUBLISHING AGREEMENT
THIS PUBLISHING AGREEMENT is made at [Place where the agreement is made] on this [Day of the month the agreement is made] day of [Month the agreement is made], [Year the agreement is made].
Between
1. [Name of the author], son / daughter of [Author's father's or husband's name], aged about [age] years, residing at [Author's residential address], holding Permanent Account Number [Author's PAN], hereinafter referred to as the “Author” (which expression includes his heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives), of the ONE PART;
And
2. [Name of the publisher], a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, having its registered office at [Publisher's registered office address], bearing Corporate Identity Number [CIN], Permanent Account Number [Publisher's PAN] and Goods and Services Tax Identification Number [GSTIN], acting through [Publisher's authorised signatory name], [designation], hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher”, of the OTHER PART.
