PUBLIC NOTICE
Our client proposes to purchase the immovable property described in the Schedule below (the “said Property”) from [Name of the proposed vendor], son or daughter of [Proposed vendor's father's or mother's name], residing at [Proposed vendor's address], who claims to be the absolute owner thereof under [deed of conveyance dated [date] registered as Document No. [number] of [year] in the office of the Sub-Registrar, [office]].
Any person having or claiming to have any right, title, interest, share, claim or demand of any nature whatsoever in or over the said Property or any part thereof, whether by way of ownership, inheritance, succession, will, partition, gift, settlement, sale, agreement to sell, exchange, mortgage, charge, lien, lease, tenancy, licence, easement, right of way, maintenance, decree, order, attachment, acquisition, trust, or otherwise howsoever, is hereby required to intimate the same in writing, together with legible copies of the documents in support thereof, to the undersigned at the address given below within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice.
